Party Hostess/Instructor Set-up & clean-up Time Line Arrive 30 minutes prior for set up, no sooner, no later party favors supplied by you. 1 hour instruction time food/cake service ( 45 min) game time/party favors distribution (15 min) Clean up begins promptly after 2 hour time is up.
